Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms. Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure quality and compliance. Evaluate and select suppliers based on reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and operations, to forecast demand and manage inventory levels. Prepare and present procurement reports and metrics to senior management for informed decision-making. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a managerial role. Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build supplier relationships.
