Role Overview In this hands-on role, you'll own and execute client projects from kickoff through go-live, including new platform implementations, data migrations, SaaS transitions, and AI-enabled initiatives. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive client success. The ideal candidate brings strong project management fundamentals, experience with enterprise software implementations, and a client-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery Own end-to-end delivery of client projects, including implementations and migrations, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes Lead platform implementations from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training, and go-live support Manage data migration efforts, including extraction, transformation, validation, and cutover activities Oversee project timelines, dependencies, and risks, proactively identifying and addressing blockers Coordinate standups, status meetings, and sprint activities using Agile or hybrid methodologies Process & Documentation Follow established SOPs and implementation frameworks, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency Maintain accurate documentation, including project plans, requirements, configurations, and status reports Execute QA activities such as test planning, UAT coordination, and defect tracking Use project management and ticketing tools (Salesforce, Jira, etc.) to track progress and manage issues Client Communication Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations Deliver regular status updates, milestone reports, and risk assessments Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and go-live readiness reviews Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-through Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with solution consultants, data engineers, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues Track and measure success through defined OKRs Escalate risks and roadblocks with clear context and recommended actions Technology & AI Enablement Support implementation of AI-enabled features and ensure client adoption Stay current on procurement and AI technology trends Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies Qualifications Project management experience in technology services, SaaS, or professional services Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementations, data migrations, or system integrations Exposure to AI/ML or AI-powered enterprise solutions preferred Background in procurement, source-to-pay, or supply chain technology is a plus Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Jira, Asana, or MS Project Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma certification preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsLocation:
Hybrid role with three days per week onsite in our Clark, NJ or New York, NY headquarters.Salary Range:
$120,000 - $135,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.Additional Compensation:
Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.Benefits:
