We are a growing distributor with clients nationwide looking for an experienced administrative professional to oversee the daily management of our North American operations. This flexible, part-time, hybrid position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build expertise and be a key member of a growing company. We offer comprehensive training and highly competitive compensation. The position will convert into full time within 90 days of start. If you have strong attention to detail, are self-starter and have excellent communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the purchasing process including the buying, receiving and dispatch of goods into and out of the corporate warehouse using CRM software
  • Manage daily operational records, inventory and logistics
  • Interface with customers, primarily via email, by responding to inquiries, processing incoming orders and submitting invoices in a timely manner and with complete accuracy
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized environment
Qualifications:
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Self-starter and can manage time efficiently
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Pay:
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
