This Position reports to:
Global Procurement Manager Step into the heart of procurement as our next Regional Category Manager for Facilities Services (Cleaning, Security, Electrical, Fire and Building Maintenance, IFM)- where every day brings dynamic challenges and real impact! In this role, you will leverage the purchasing power of ABB on a regional level and achieve key performance targets for Indirect Materials & Services. This is a regional position open to candidates across all ABB US locations. Enjoy a flexible hybrid work model-split your time between remote work and the office with travel around 30

Job Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management:
Build relationships, understand business needs and engage with key functions to deliver resultsCategory & Sourcing Leadership:
Develop and execute category strategies, run RFPs/RFQs/eAuctions and scout for innovative suppliersContract & Supplier Management:
Own contract negotiations, manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with ESG and sustainability goalsDigitalization & Data Analytics:
Champion digital transformation by integrating AI and digital best practices into everyday procurement and drive adoption of new tools and processesChange & Innovation:
Act as a change agent, train colleagues and continuously seek out new ways to improve and automateRisk Management:
Monitor supply chain and cyber risks, ensuring business continuity and complianceJob Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (business or engineering preferred) 5+ years' experience in strategic procurement: sourcing, category management or related fields Proactive and collaborative attitude with a focus on growth and innovation Strong communication, analytical and project management skills Advanced skills with SAP Ariba, Apadua, Keelvar, Power BI, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to travel for work up to 40% of the time Shape the Future of Procurement with Us!
