Join our team as a Strategic Sourcing Manager, where you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders and drive innovative sourcing strategies. Responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies in collaboration with IT, Engineering, and Infosec teams. Lead sourcing events, including RFPs and negotiations, to maximize business value. Analyze deals from both macro and micro perspectives to ensure optimal outcomes. Manage relationships with business partners to facilitate contract renewals and sourcing activities. Stay informed on industry trends to enhance negotiation strategies. Serve as the primary contact for supplier inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolutions. Skills Proven experience in executing IT software and hardware deals and contracts. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to simplify complex deals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, focusing on relationship building. Analytical mindset with the capability to conduct thorough financial and commercial assessments. Preferred Skills Experience in procurement processes and managing supplier relationships. Knowledge of sourcing best practices and market trends. Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
