HAYW), the global leader in residential pool equipment. We're seeking a Commodity Manager to lead global sourcing strategies for electrical and electronic components, including PCBAs. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to drive supplier performance, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and operational excellence across our global business. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global commodity strategies. Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts, and performance. Analyze market trends, cost drivers, and supply risks. Lead cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives. Support new product introductions and supplier qualification activities. Drive supplier scorecards, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Experience in commodity management, strategic sourcing, or supply chain. Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing and PCBAs. Proven negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills. Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams. Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
