If you enjoy leading people, solving complex challenges, and influencing how products are built from the ground up, this role offers meaningful impact and long-term growth. How You'll Make an Impact Lead factory-level purchasing for direct, indirect, and service needs Ensure material availability to support production schedules Build and manage strong supplier partnerships Drive cost reduction through strategic sourcing and value engineering Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules collaboratively Monitor supplier quality, delivery, and performance metrics Identify and mitigate supply, quality, and compliance risks Develop and coach a team of buyers and purchasing analysts Your Background Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment Strong knowledge of direct materials, MRP, and factory operations Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems Strong analytical, negotiation, and people-leadership skills
Preferred:
