Order and Shipping Coordinator

The Order and Shipping Coordinator is responsible for processing customer orders, inquiries and requests, coordinating delivery of orders, and solving customer service problems related to orders and delivery. Responsibilities - Develop knowledge of our products: how they operate and how they can be installed. Answer customer questions via phone and email. Receive, process, edit, and monitor customer orders. Coordinate change orders with manufacturing. Coordinate with accounting to confirm payment terms have been fulfilled before scheduling delivery. Communicate customer service issues efficiently with company personnel and customers. Manage relations with freight companies, coordinate equipment deliveries, and communicate any problems to management. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications - High school diploma, or equivalent. Detail oriented. Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to use Adobe Acrobat to manage and edit documents (paperless environment). Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy. Previous experience in freight shipping.
