Requirements:

5+ years of purchasing experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or related trade business Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong knowledge of materials, equipment, and vendor management Experience with purchase orders, inventory coordination, and supplier relationships Strong computer and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Stable work history and excellent attendance

Responsibilities:

Lead and support daily purchasing operations Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing when needed Process and track purchase orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and service departments Ensure materials and equipment are ordered and delivered on time Monitor inventory levels and purchasing needs Help improve purchasing processes and team efficiency Why Join ICS? $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience
