Job Description

Service Center CSCS TX Essential Job Duties:
  • Develop and execute category plans supporting Caliber's financial objectives and operational needs.
  • Lead supplier negotiations focused on cost improvement, service reliability, and innovation opportunities.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track results and escalate underperformance.
  • Collaborate with field operations and Finance to ensure rebate capture, cost savings, and budget alignment.
  • Translate sourcing strategies into actionable processes and systems for the procurement team.
  • Coach and develop direct reports to strengthen procurement capabilities and accountability.
Skills/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics , business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive procurement or category management experience.
  • Proven negotiation skills and financial acumen, with understanding of cost structures and rebate models.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with senior leadership.
  • Strong leadership and people development abilities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
