Netrio is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) with four locations across the United States. Our McKinney, TX office serves as the central hub for hardware procurement, inventory management, and shipping operations. We provide reliable IT solutions, equipment provisioning, and logistics support to our customers nationwide.
Position Overview:
The Procurement & Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of Netrio's hardware inventory and warehouse operations. This role ensures that all hardware is accurately received, processed, inventoried, configured, and shipped in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in inventory and procurement management, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the hardware inventory and warehouse team, including receiving, storage, setup, and shipping of hardware. Manage procurement processes, including vendor relationships, purchase orders, and timely acquisition of hardware. Maintain accurate inventory records and implement strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize errors, and reduce waste. Ensure hardware setup/configuration is completed accurately and efficiently prior to deployment or shipping. Monitor shipping and logistics processes to guarantee accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer requirements. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management, receiving, shipping, and setup processes. Collaborate with Field Services, Client Services, and other internal teams to align inventory management with operational needs. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and engagement. Analyze inventory data to forecast needs, identify trends, and provide recommendations for operational improvements. Implement and maintain safety, security, and organizational standards within the warehouse environment.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or procurement management, preferably in IT or technology environments. Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with inventory management systems and software; experience with ERP systems preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple teams and locations. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
