Provide comprehensive support across business operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams including procurement, accounting, and legal. Create and manage quotations for new and renewal contract. Draft contracts and PUMIs in alignment with legal and corporate compliance standards. Prepare PUMIs for server and disk upgrades, decommissions, and intra company contracts. Serve as the primary point of contract for client communications and support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Prepare and deliver both regular and ad hoc reports tailored to client needs. Manage the full contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, and tracking and renewal. Monitor and update the quotes and billing information related to SCP resources usage via the Cloud Platform. Register and maintain customer-side contract and quote information on internal platforms such as RMS and BQMS. Perform additional responsibilities as required to support overall business objectives.Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a minimum of 4 years of experience in related field/s desired.Skills:

Proficient in ICT systems, cloud platforms, and digital collaboration toolsSoftware:
