Order Lifecycle Management:
Overseeing the purchasing process from purchase order creation to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Own the end-to-end FF&E and SBO purchasing lifecycle from scope validation through delivery and financial closeout, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution. Establish standardized procurement workflows, controls, and dashboards that provide real-time visibility into order status, financial exposure, and delivery risk. Partner with Construction to align production schedules with project milestones, mitigating delays and ensuring constructible, estimate-aligned packagesVendor Coordination:
Managing relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to track shipments and resolve issues. Lead North America supplier strategy for FF&E, SBO, and logistics partners, ensuring performance, capacity alignment, and cost competitive across regions. Implement formal supplier performance scorecards and quarterly business reviews. Proactively manage production timelines, freight coordination, tariff exposure, and issue resolution to protect cost and schedule. Project Scheduling & Budgeting (FF&E & SBO): Adhering to project schedules, maintaining budgets for FFE & SBOs, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Manage approved CAPEX for FF&E and SBO, maintaining accurate forecasts, cost‑per‑square‑foot, and budget‑to‑actual reporting Develop and maintain project dashboards tracking capital performance, vendor spend concentration, SLA adherence, and variance trends. Partner with Construction, Design, and Finance to analyze variances and assess the financial impact of architectural changes.Inventory & Asset Management:
Tracking inventory levels of store components (fixtures, materials) to support construction and merchandising teams. Lead inventory strategy for FF&E and SBO, aligning forecasting and replenishment models to seasonal programs and new store pipeline. Implement systems providing real-time visibility into production status, inventory levels, and asset deployment. Reduce excess inventory, write-offs, and storage costs while improving standardization and repeatability across brands.
