Define and implement procurement strategies for CAPEX equipment and services aligned with the company's strategic plan. Identify, evaluate, and establish a network of suppliers to support CAPEX projects effectively. Select suppliers for equipment and services, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Monitor and report on procurement KPIs, providing updates to internal stakeholders on the status of purchasing activities. Ensure contracts are negotiated, executed, and managed within budget and schedule constraints, maintaining compliance with policies and procedures. What's Needed? Business or Engineering background with extensive experience in CAPEX procurement and project management. Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, with solid knowledge of project engineering, procurement processes, and contract management. Proficiency in SAP and other business information systems, with a good understanding of the steel-making process. Strong negotiation skills, results-focused, and customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication abilities. Postgraduate education in a related field is preferred. What's in it for me?
