Job Description
Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts across hospitality, brand management, innovation, and owner relations for Hilton's portfolio of world-class brands. As Manager, Category Initiatives, you will play a key role in advancing category priorities by leading executive communications, shaping the category narrative, and supporting high-priority cross-brand initiatives across the All Suites & Focused Service (ASFS) category. Reporting to the Director, Category Management, you will partner closely with category leadership to develop executive materials, drive stakeholder alignment, coordinate planning and governance activities, and help translate strategy into coordinated execution across brands, functions, and enterprise stakeholders. The pay range for this role is $85,000
- $120,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
