Designing the playbook and owning end-to-end responsibility for Marketplace category management. Executing the merchandising plan including retargeting programs, cross-category placements, promotions, etc. Tracking and analyzing customer needs based on behavior signals including searching, browsing, and purchasing. Developing, testing, and analyzing new tactics to increase web store conversion rates. Improve the quality and consistency of information on product detail pages to support customers in making purchasing decisions. Report on marketing results, learnings, and customer needs to executives and decision makers to drive programmatic improvements. Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field AND 5+ years experience in business Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience. Experience in planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing eCommerce site merchandising, with an ability to create optimal customer experiences to drive revenue & optimize the customer journey. Experience in product marketing or prior experience with web technology. Demonstrated ability to synthesize audience insights. Cross functional leadership experience, with the ability to create clarity, align shared priorities, and influence virtual teams to deliver successful outcomes. Communication skills, with the ability to simply articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences and influence at the senior leadership level. Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, making informed decisions based on data and common principles to ensure the success of the project or team. Experience in A/B testing, personalization, and site optimization​.
