Century Assistant Program Director Hours:
15-20 hours per week (or as assigned) Job Summary The 21st Century Assistant Program Director supports the implementation and daily operations of the 21st Century Community Learning Center (CCLC) program. This position assists the Program Director in coordinating program activities, supporting staff, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. The Assistant Program Director helps oversee program quality, supports communication with stakeholders, and assists with data collection, reporting, and program logistics to ensure the success of extended learning opportunities for students and families.

21st Century Program Director / Federal Programs Director Key Responsibilities Program Support & Operations The Assistant Program Director will: Assist with the coordination and implementation of afterschool and summer program activities. Support site coordinators and program staff in maintaining high-quality programming. Help ensure activities are engaging, hands-on, and aligned with grant goals and program objectives. Assist with organizing program schedules, events, and enrichment activities. Support family engagement opportunities and community events. Staff Support & Supervision Assist with onboarding and supporting program staff and volunteers. Provide guidance to site staff regarding program expectations and procedures. Help monitor program implementation to ensure consistency across sites. Assist with organizing staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Compliance, Data & Reporting Assist in maintaining documentation required for grant compliance and monitoring. Support collection of attendance records, student data, and program participation information. Assist with entering or verifying data in required reporting systems. Support preparation of reports, documentation, and materials for monitoring visits and evaluations. Communication & Partnerships Support communication between program staff, school administration, families, and community partners. Assist with program promotion and outreach efforts. Help coordinate logistics for community partnerships and enrichment providers. Program Evaluation & Improvement Assist in gathering feedback, surveys, and evaluation data from students, families, and staff. Support program evaluation efforts to improve services and student outcomes. Assist with monitoring progress toward grant goals and objectives. Administrative Support Assist the Program Director with purchasing, supplies, and inventory tracking. Support organization of program records, schedules, and documentation. Assist with preparation for site visits, meetings, and program reviews. Additional Responsibilities Support summer learning programs and special events as needed. Assist with training materials and resources for program staff. Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
