Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Program Management Specialist (Level 5) to join our PAC-3 team in Huntsville, Alabama . The PAC-3 program is experiencing rapid growth and capacity expansion, presenting a unique opportunity to join one of our four Integrated Product Teams (IPT) Seeker, Processor, Power Assembly, and Gimbal. This role will serve as an IPT Deputy Program Manager (PM) reporting directly to the respective IPT Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of each IPT and its leader. Leadership & Integration:
Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules for production and rate-enabling initiative s Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industr y Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case sPerformance Oversight:
Provides technical, cost, and schedule performance oversight for the progra m Supports the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the respective IPT organization sCollaboration & Relationship Building:
Develops and leverages collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to achieve work goal s Establishes and communicates clear objectives and goals to ensure a unified direction across team s Provides direction to multi-function teams as Deputy IPT Lea d This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Shift:
This position is for 1st shift. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.) Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or highe r More than 5 years of experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager, project manager, team lead, etc. ) More than 5 years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit team s More than 5 years of experience in Program Management or IPT Leadership including cost, schedule and technical managemen t Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical fiel d Experience with product lifecycle management: design, analysis, manufacturing, procurements, assembly, integration, and tes tConflict of Interest:
