Limited, as required to support program reviews or shipbuilder coordination Position Summary NetSEA Technologies is seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to support data management operations by designing and maintaining SharePoint-based workflows, dashboards, and repositories to enable real-time program execution, document control, and rapid response to high-tempo data calls.Roles / Responsibilities
Program Management & Oversight Serve as primary point of contact to COR/ACOR and Government customer leadership Oversee execution across SharePoint, Admin, EVM, TSM, ILS, and COR support functions Ensure compliance withMSAM, DHS
acquisition directives, and contract requirements Shipyard & Trial Integration Coordinate with shipbuilder and USCG stakeholders in Mobile, AL shipyard environment Ensure readiness and support for dock trials, builder's trials, acceptance trials, and INSURV Manage surge staffing requirements for TSM and trial support Performance & Risk Management Oversee IMS/EVM performance, risk identification, and mitigation Ensure timely execution of deliverables, data calls, and reporting requirements Maintain alignment across cost, schedule, and performance objectives Requirements Mandatory Qualifications U.S. Citizen. Active Secret clearance (Top Secret / SCI strongly preferred). Bachelor's Degree (technical or business field) Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including 4 years in program management role Experience supporting shipbuilding or major acquisition programs Knowledge ofMSAM, FAR, DHS
acquisition processes Ability to operate in active shipyard environment (PPE, mobility required) Preferred Qualifications Prior USCG or DHS acquisition program experience Experience supporting ship trials or INSURV eventsSimilar remote jobs
