In this role, the Program Manager serves as the single point of contact for the Government with full authority for overall contract management, performance, quality, safety, and direct oversight of all assigned personnel. The Program Manager provides overall program leadership, contract execution oversight, and customer coordination across supply chain optimization, logistics analysis, warehouse operations, reporting, quality control, transition activities, security compliance, and performance management. The position requires strong knowledge of Army logistics, support environments, contract requirements, performance standards, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful execution of all assigned task areas.
