• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic and Creative Design Lead to support our technology leadership and support teams with high-impact visual communications and graphic needs.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can work independently and collaborate closely with senior executives and management to communicate key messages effectively through visual design. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing visually engaging presentations and a strong understanding of brand development and consistency.

• : Utilize charts, graphs, and infographics to present complex data in an easily understandable format. +
• Presentation Delivery Support
• : Assist in presentation delivery by providing rehearsal support and visual aids. +
• Content Review and Refinement
• : Proofread and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and clarity, incorporating feedback to make necessary revisions. +
• Brand Consistency
• : Ensure all communication materials adhere to company branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• What you'll bring:
• + Atleast 6 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. +

• Design Thinking:

• Utilize design thinking principles to turn complex information into clear, visually engaging leadership presentations by addressing communication challenges and offering innovative, user-centered solutions. Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to visualize and test concepts before final production. +
• Communications and Presentation Design Experience
• : Proven experience in designing presentations for senior leadership within a corporate environment. +
• Visual Design Expertise
• : Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy to create visually appealing presentations. +
• Data Visualization Skills
• : Ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful visuals. +
• Communication and Collaboration
• : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives. +
• Attention to Detail
• : Meticulous focus on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and grammatical correctness in all communication materials. +
