Club iNFiNiTi is looking for Youth Program Staff to join our team and be part of our mission to create a safe and positive environment where children can learn and thrive. We are looking to hire exceptional staff for our summer program, which serves children 3.5
  • to 5 years of age (pre-k) and school-agers K-6th grade.

Employees are eligible to earn $1 more per hour based on attendance and we have an end of summer bonus! We offer discounted child care for employees depending on availability (details provided at interview). Our company values a healthy work-life balance, a positive and friendly workplace, and offers flexible schedules. We are looking for individuals who can start immediately for training and work through the summer program. Staff MUST be available starting June 6 through August 9, but training and background checks can be done before these dates. Vacation dates can be discussed during the interview. Program group leaders/teachers must be 18+ years of age. Preference will be given to applicants 21+. Our summer program runs from 7:30am until 6pm M-F and staff can request the number of hours/days they want to work at the time of the interview. Our summer program includes off-site field trips to local attractions across NWA! Teachers who drive and transport kids must be 21+ years of age. This is an excellent opportunity for college students majoring in education, human development, psychology, or a related field; individuals who need flexible work schedules; or individuals interested in working with children and youth. Qualifications and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Experience working with children
  • Experience working in a licensed child care program preferred
  • Able to work well with children and adults
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license (for drivers) Club Philosophy and Program Expectations

  • Utilize developmentally appropriate behavioral guidance techniques
  • Engage in active supervision, including circulating around program areas Health, Safety, and Emergency Procedures
  • Maintain clean, organized, and inviting environments
  • Follow emergency plans
  • Understand and follow all child supervision procedures
