Job Description

Overview We are opening a new medical practice & are seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Manager to lead and coordinate company initiatives that promote health and wellness; as well as have competence in Information Technology (IT) and/or Artificial Intelligence (AI). This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful programs, foster community partnerships, and empower diverse populations through innovative outreach strategies. As a Program Manager, you MUST have knowledge of computers, EXTENSIVE medical billing and coding experience, and have strong communication skills. Your leadership will inspire staff, engage patients, and ensure the successful delivery of initiatives that make a meaningful difference. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive program plans aligned with community needs and organizational goals Oversee medical management efforts, recruiting, training, and supervising employees to support office activities Lead community outreach efforts through grassroots organizing and social media management Collaborate with community partners and local organizations to enhance program impact and sustainability Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely execution of initiatives including inventory Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement strategies Medical Billing and Coding will be performed daily Utilize computer systems for most tasks Supervise team members, providing mentorship and guidance to foster a collaborative work environment Engage with culturally diverse communities with sensitivity and respect to ensure inclusive participation Maintain accurate documentation of program activities, client interactions, and community feedback Requirements MUST have
EXTENSIVE
experience in medical billing and coding MUST be able to utilize computer systems and show proficiency Strong employee management skills with experience supervising teams of employees or staff Excellent communication skills with physicians/providers, and staff Knowledge of social media management tools and marketing techniques for outreach campaigns Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis for program evaluation purposes Background in public health, social work, or related fields is highly desirable Demonstrated experience working with underserved communities or culturally diverse groups Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks such as reporting and documentation Experience in client communication is a plus Excellent written communication skills for report writing and applications Technical proficiency with computers, software applications, and social media platforms Join us in making a lasting impact by empowering communities through innovative programs that promote health and wellness. Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
