CDTI is seeking a Transition Support Specialist to support students and young adults as they prepare for employment, independence, and postsecondary success through transition and vocational rehabilitation services. This role combines program coordination, student support, and administrative leadership to ensure services run smoothly across partnering schools and community liasions. If you enjoy meaningful work, collaborating with educators, and creating systems that help students thrive — this position offers all three, in addition to purpose and professional growth. The Transition Support Specialist serves as a primary conduit for our transition and employment programs and services. You will coordinate speakers, trainings, or events, provide job placement, maintain important files and documentation, support instructors, and serve as a key communication link between clients, schools, students/families, and program staff.
Pay:
$18.00 - $21.50 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
