Job Description:
- Assist faculty with curriculum development, course updates, and daily/semester class scheduling.
- Act as the campus coordinator for testing and assessments, which involves test material distribution, staff training, and score tracking.
- Monitor student progress, manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and ensure compliance with state and accreditation standards.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance tracking, and grant reporting.
- Assist in ordering supplies, managing program budgets, and processing participant or vendor paperwork.
- Facilitate programs for student leadership, career readiness, or extracurricular engagement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for parents, community partners, and the school leadership regarding specific program operations.
- Coordinate and liaise with governmental and accreditation bodies for compliace requirements.
- Process student documents attestation/ verification.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- 1 to 3 years relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Highly proficient with office productivity tools, such as MS office or LibreOffice.
- Conflict resolution capabilities.
