About Us Crimson Heights is a growing behavioral health and ABA company dedicated to helping children, teens, and young adults thrive through high-quality services, compassionate care, and strong team culture. We're looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced leader who loves ABA, enjoys mentoring teams, and knows how to keep clinic operations running smoothly. If you're an RBT with leadership experience who enjoys problem-solving, staff development, and making a real impact, this role could be a great fit. What You'll Do As an Associate Director / Program Lead, you'll help lead clinic and community programs while supporting both staff and clients.
Your day may include:
Leading and supporting Team Leads, RBTs, and direct care staff Training staff on ABA basics, behavior plans, documentation, and company expectations Making sure notes, billing documentation, and audits are completed accurately and on time Working closely with BCBAs, Clinical Directors, and leadership teams Helping with staff schedules and ensuring client hours are fully staffed Coaching staff through challenging behaviors and crisis situations Overseeing onboarding and training for new hires Supporting parent communication, scheduling updates, and client onboarding Monitoring clinic organization, cleanliness, supplies, and maintenance needs Reviewing staff performance, providing coaching, and helping team members grow Running team meetings, trainings, and accountability check-ins
What We're Looking For Required:
Active RBT Certification Experience working in an ABA clinic or behavioral health setting Strong knowledge of ABA practices, behavior plans, and session documentation Leadership or supervisory experience Strong organization and time management skills Comfortable giving feedback, training others, and solving problems
Bonus Points For:

$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
