caregiving service for clients within a 45 mile radius of Flagstaff. We are nine years old in business and growing. Every hour, every day we bring smiles, joy, hope and hands-on support to older adults in the comfort of their homes. We are expanding and have added a chronic illness management division. That is where you come in. We are looking for an experienced LPN or nurse who has part-time availability to help us add Sugar and Spice to the daily lives of our clients. This is a very rewarding part-time job where you get to make your own hours and take time to be a real nurse/LPN doing patient education, wellness assessment, helping patients get better faster, medication management, chronic illness symptom management, helping the staff by building caregiving skills and supporting our overall vision. We are looking to hire a nurse or LPN to work with us 10-20 hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS

A valid and active Arizona RN or LPN license and experience with the elderly in chronic disease management, i.e. strokes, coronary, diabetes, dementia, infections, nutrition, gastric tubes, urinary catheters, perineal care, pressure ulcers, and DME equipment. Experience in dementia care and geriatric nursing Clean back ground check Able to pass a 10 panel drug screening exam that includes marijuana. Prefer that you live within 20 miles of Flagstaff Must have your own reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Be able to answer phones and be on-call one weekend/month.
