Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC) Parenting Arizona and CPLC Parenting Nevada provide family support services through prevention, intervention, and treatment programs statewide. Our services promote strong families by empowering parents to succeed, creating communities where children can grow up healthy, safe, and supported.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?
As the Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for assigned contracts and programs. You will direct program execution, coordinate services and activities, oversee staff performance, manage reporting requirements, and ensure all deliverables are completed successfully.
You will play a key role in implementing evidence-based family support services while maintaining compliance with federal, state, funder, and organizational requirements. In addition, you will cultivate partnerships with community organizations, oversee data collection and reporting, support sustainability planning, and help identify future funding opportunities that strengthen services for families.
Your leadership will help ensure programs operate efficiently, staff are supported, and families receive high-quality services that create meaningful outcomes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Education /
Background:
(a combination of education and experience will be considered)
Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in child development, family studies, psychology, social work or related area of study, including a minimum of 3+ years of experience
High School Diploma/GED required and 5+ years of related experience; OR
Minimum of 2 years supervising staff
Other requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
Must have access to safe, reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance.
Must have a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance card.
Complete CPR and First Aid certifications within 90 days of hire and maintain the certifications throughout employment.
