Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Florence, AZ Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Program Specialist to support Early Childhood Special Education (SPED) programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in early childhood education, and a passion for supporting young learners with diverse developmental and educational needs. This position works collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to ensure high-quality instructional practices and positive student outcomes within preschool special education settings. Essential Responsibilities Support and oversee early childhood special education programming Collaborate with teachers, administrators, therapists, and families to support student success Provide instructional guidance and support to preschool staff Assist with curriculum implementation, compliance, and program development Monitor student progress and support individualized educational programming Promote developmentally appropriate instructional and behavioral practices Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Foster inclusive and supportive learning environments for young children Qualifications Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Valid teaching credential with or in process of obtaining an Early Childhood endorsement or equivalent qualification Must hold a valid Arizona Special Education Teacher License Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field Master's Degree (MA) preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of successful preschool or early childhood teaching experience Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of early childhood special education practices and compliance Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams Ability to support and coach instructional staff effectively Position Details Full-time, 40-hour per week position Early Childhood Special Education environment Opportunity to support and enhance high-quality preschool programming Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
