Maintain detailed documentation of program activities, participant progress, incident reports, and administrative records. Experience Proven management experience in social services or community programs. Demonstrated success in program development and implementation within social work or behavioral health settings. Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health conditions. Strong relationship management skills to build trust with clients, families, staff, and community partners. Administrative experience including budgeting, record-keeping, report writing, and compliance documentation. Supervisory experience overseeing staff or volunteers in a service-oriented environment.
