The Program Coordinator will serve as a vital link between participants, families, staff, and community partners, ensuring programs run smoothly, efficiently, and with a focus on quality outcomes. Duties Develop, plan, and oversee program activities tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. Manage relationships with participants, families, service providers, and community organizations to foster collaboration and support. Supervise staff members and volunteers involved in program delivery, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Coordinate program schedules, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Prepare budgets, track expenses, and manage resources effectively to maximize program impact. Conduct assessments to evaluate participant needs and develop individualized service plans. Maintain detailed documentation of program activities, participant progress, incident reports, and administrative records. Experience Proven management experience in social services or community programs. Demonstrated success in program development and implementation within social work or behavioral health settings. Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health conditions. Strong relationship management skills to build trust with clients, families, staff, and community partners. Administrative experience including budgeting, record-keeping, report writing, and compliance documentation. Supervisory experience overseeing staff or volunteers in a service-oriented environment.
