The ideal candidate will lead by example, manage and support staff effectively, maintain high standards of professionalism and accountability, and foster a strong team culture in our adult day program. This person should also be creative and organized, with the ability to plan meaningful activities, community outings, and experiences that promote participation, independence, and enjoyment for our members. We are looking for someone who will: Manage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices Create and implement a monthly schedule of activities and outings Attend PCSP meetings for compliance, member retention, and member growth Consistently communicate with DDD support coordinators, building strong relationships, requesting meeting invites, and collecting necessary documents Schedule tours to prospective families Report concerns and incidents promptly to the Program Director Ensure staff are completing all required documentation per compliance standards Manage the adult day center budget and maintain inventory of supplies Create and implement member transportation schedules Facilitate communication between families, caregivers, and leadership teams to ensure continuity of care The DTA Manager is responsible for enhancing the quality of life for our members while ensuring that our programs run smoothly and efficiently.
