Job Summary and Responsibilities Develop outreach programs and services in Arizona and outside the state for people with neurological disabilities, through collaboration with partners in the community- including wellness, education, and other services. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for establishing protocols and procedures, including ongoing process and throughput improvement. The incumbent will partner with internal and external stakeholders with the goal of building the Barrow brand and developed programs around the country working with local and national sponsors. Coordinate BNI events working with internal staff and external organizations. Secure sponsorship support from local and national organizations. Work with BNF to secure philanthropic support for program development. Develop and monitor program budget. Serve as a liaison between various vendor sponsors, patients, families/ caregivers, hospital staff and physicians relating to outreach program development and execution. Provide education to the public with respect to availability of resources. Participate in research projects in collaboration with BNI Physicians. Establish and enhance the business model to establish BNI outreach programs. b.
Gather staff, physician and patient feedback to direct process improvement plans relative to services provided to neurological patients. Develop outreach program policies and procedures and train program coordinators at affiliated sites. In collaboration with community providers, develop interventions and programs for people with neurological disabilities to improve their quality of life. Job Requirements MINIMUM Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field 5 years related experience in lieu of degree Excellent communication skills Strong computer skills
