Description We're searching for a detail-oriented individual who is looking to begin their career as a Mortgage Loan Officer. This position will play a vital part in communicating with referral partners, current and past clients, real estate agents, processors, and underwriters to nurture relationships and develop new business. You will facilitate the completion of real estate loan applications, collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and provide support throughout the loan application process. Responsibilities Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage an active pipeline of 20-50 loans monthly Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipeline Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters Work closely with borrowers, loan officers, title companies/attorneys, or insurance companies to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs Qualifications

• Computer proficiency required including MS Office; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred
• 2-3 years of professional office environment and administration or mortgage experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

College degree in finance or banking preferred
