Social Media Specialist
- Full-Time, Onsite Scottdale, AZ Scottsdale, AZ Full-TimeOn-Site$70,000
- $80,000 /yr Posted April 16, 2026 Our client in the law industry is seeking a full-time, direct hire, Social Media Specialist to lead and elevate their social media presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead social media across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Create, curate, and publish high-quality content that tells the story of the company and engages the motorcycle community.
- Manage posting schedules, community interaction, and audience growth.
- Build and maintain influencer relationships, managing contracts and deliverables to ensure success.
- Educate, coach and mentor field marketing managers on social media best practices and campaign execution.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Ensure brand consistency and a cohesive voice across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and brand goals.
- Oversee campaigns and projects, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Travel to motorcycle events to capture content, network, and the brand.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance to continually optimize results.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Skilled in building and managing influencer relationships.
- Strong communicator with excellent writing, visual, and verbal skills.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a knack for storytelling.
- Proficient in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic design/video editing.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrues based on tenure, stating at 5.67 hours a pay-period for a total of 17 days annually, up to 22 days annually for long-term employees. Covers vacation, illness, family needs, and personal matters.Insurance Benefits:
