OTA Program Manager We are seeking a detail-oriented OTA Program Manager to lead the coordination and execution of complex, multi-party programs in a compliance-driven environment. This role serves as the key liaison between external stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring alignment across program goals, contractual requirements, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage stakeholder communications and serve as the primary point of contact Ensure contract compliance, milestones, and reporting requirements are met Track program schedules, costs, and performance metrics Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal deliverables Support invoicing, budgeting, and financial tracking Identify and manage program risks and provide regular updates Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong project management and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience in regulated, program-driven, or government-related environments preferred Additional Requirement Candidates must be authorized to access regulated technical data in compliance with applicable requirements.
