Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Sales Manager to lead customer-facing programs within a manufacturing and engineering environment. This role combines program management, customer relationship management, and sales support to drive successful project execution and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and program stakeholders
• Manage program plans, timelines, and overall execution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and supply chain
• Support proposal development, pricing, and contract activities
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Provide program updates, performance tracking, and reporting to leadership

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or customer-facing roles
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments preferred
