Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking Program Manager (ABA) to oversee in home services using principles and technologies of Applied Behavior Analysis. The program manager will be provided with Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork to complete Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) certification requirements. The Program Manager will monitor clinical services, support direct staff, and ensure provision of high quality services. Supervision by highly trained BCBAs. Responsibilities Supervise and support direct staff in delivering services using technologies of applied behavior analysis (ABA) Develop treatment plans and make programing decisions Write progress reports Conduct caregiver education Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation and records Monitor patient care quality, conduct regular performance evaluations, and promote continuous improvement in service delivery
