Job Summary The Equipment Program Manager is a senior execution-focused role responsible for driving post-contract delivery of complex capital equipment programs. This position owns schedule, budget, and quality execution after contract sign-off and serves as the primary coordination point between customers, sales, and cross-functional equipment teams. Responsibilities Own end-to-end execution of equipment programs from contract handoff through final installation, acceptance, and close-out. Develop, maintain, and drive integrated program schedules spanning engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, installation, and customer readiness. Serve as the primary execution interface with customers after contract award, leading regular program reviews and communications. Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from booking to execution. Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and field service teams. Identify schedule, cost, and quality risks early and drive mitigation plans. Track program financials including budget adherence and margin risk. Manage scope changes through disciplined change management. Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer acceptance criteria. Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical discipline. 8+ years of experience managing capital equipment or complex hardware programs. Strong track record in schedule, cost, and quality execution. Customer-facing program management experience. Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in semiconductor, display, solar, or advanced manufacturing equipment. PMP or equivalent certification. Experience with global customers and suppliers. Location United States, with travel as required.
