Our client is seeking an organised Project Manager to coordinate project activities, maintain delivery against key milestones and support successful project outcomes. Your objectives:

As the Project Manager, you will be measured against the following objectives: Maintain assigned projects against agreed scope, schedules, budgets and key milestones, escalating risks or issues that could affect successful delivery. Improve project coordination by keeping internal teams, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders aligned on responsibilities, deliverables and priorities. Maintain clear project documentation, risk tracking and communication to support compliant execution and effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

What you will do:
As the Project Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Support assigned projects through scope definition, scheduling and budget tracking in line with contractual and company standards.
  • Coordinate internal departments and suppliers to ensure responsibilities and deliverables are clearly communicated and completed.
  • Assist with forecasting project costs, timelines and key milestones while monitoring progress and escalating risks or issues.
  • Partner with Business Development to prepare project proposals, support customer presentations and contribute to technical solution discussions.
  • Coordinate technical and support teams to maintain project alignment, information flow and compliance.
  • Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders and support Senior Project Managers with customer communications.
  • Identify and track project risks and dependencies, support mitigation planning and develop an understanding of relevant regulatory and contractual requirements.
What you will bring:

These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the

Project Manager:
  • Progressively responsible project coordination experience within a technical or regulated environment.
  • Around 2 years of pharmaceutical or related industry experience preferred.
  • Understanding of customer expectations, project lifecycle management and operational processes.
  • Strong organisational, planning and cross-functional coordination skills, including the ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering or a related discipline preferred but not required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required.
