Austin, USA Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Program Manager to join our Digital Verification Technologies (DVT) team. This role will focus on program management of executive level discussions, meetups and follow-ups. It includes tracking action items and deliverables for critical initiatives, and coordinating training and knowledge-sharing efforts across geographically dispersed teams. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to foster collaboration across multiple teams and functions.Key Responsibilities:
1. Action Items & Deliverables Management forKey Initiatives:
Monitor and follow up on critical action items and deliverables for high-priority projects and initiatives. Develop and maintain dashboards to track the progress of critical projects (e.g., Open Source Software (OSS) tracking) and ensure timely follow-ups. Serve as the central point of coordination between leadership and teams, streamlining communication and project management. 2.Virtual/Live Meeting Coordination:
Plan and organize virtual and live training sessions across global teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and collaboration. Coordinate cross-geography meetings and knowledge-sharing initiatives, facilitating seamless execution and communication. Manage access controls for training materials, knowledge transfer (KT) sessions, and domain knowledge repositories. PowerPoint and content presentation Develop executive-level presentations and visual storytelling to effectively communicate technical strategies, program status, and key insights to leadership and stakeholders.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in program or project management roles, preferably within a technology or engineering environment. Proven ability to manage complex programs and multiple stakeholders across global teams. Strong skills in data tracking, analysis, and reporting, with experience in creating dashboards and visualizing progress. Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. Experience with training coordination and knowledge management is a plus. Proficiency with program management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools).What We Offer:

The salary range for this position is $151,300 to $272,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
