We have various offices throughout Southern California, providing a modern, safe, and relaxed office setting with opportunities for growth in a lively atmosphere. Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated Program Manager to oversees all the programs our company offers, which include Coordinated Family Support, Coordinated Career Pathways and Housing Access Services programs. This role involves managing and supporting a team of Case Managers, developing and implementing program strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The position requires about 20% travel within the Los Angeles area. Responsibilities Supervising and providing guidance to Case Managers and other staff. Developing and implementing program strategies and goals. Ensuring the delivery of comprehensive case management services to clients. Conducting regular team meetings and providing professional development opportunities for staff. Overseeing client intake, assessments, and the development of individualized service plans. Monitoring and evaluating program performance and outcomes. Collaborating with community partners, service providers, and stakeholders to enhance program services and resources. Addressing and resolving escalated client issues and concerns. Providing crisis intervention and support as needed. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. Representing the program at community meetings, events, and conferences. Preparing and submitting reports on program activities and outcomes. Advocating for clients and the program within the community. Requirements- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- 3 years' experience in case management or disability services
- Passion for helping individuals with intellectual/development disabilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English preferred.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle.
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Benefits
