Our school‑based mindfulness programs help students build emotional regulation, focus, and confidence — one mindful moment at a time. Who We're Looking For We're seeking compassionate, grounded individuals with a personal meditation or mindfulness practice who feel called to share these tools with children. Ideal candidates are comfortable leading groups, speaking with warmth and clarity, and creating a safe, supportive environment for young learners. You'll facilitate 30-45 minute mindfulness sessions for elementary school students during the school day. Sessions may include breathing exercises, guided meditation, mindful movement, emotional awareness activities, and simple SEL‑aligned practices. This role is perfect for someone who: Speaks Spanish fluently Has a consistent personal meditation or mindfulness practice Enjoys working with children and understands their developmental needs Brings patience, presence, and emotional intelligence to their work Is reliable, professional, and able to follow school protocols Lives in or near the Glendale, California area Why Join Us?
