The Program Manager/Armor Integration Engineer will be responsible for the following
Main Tasks:
Manage and execute program to established cost and schedule targets. Work with the customer as Program Manager to support the develop/design and integrate vehicle armor systems. Reach into the organization as necessary to further staff program and get SME support. Execute project plans as necessary for your program. Work with armor development engineers to ensure best solution for the program. Support sales with product data and solutions for customer requirements. Comply with Special Security Agreement and supporting plans, policies, and procedures related to classified information. The role requires a complete understanding of project management, (armor integration strategies, support to mechanical design and an intermediate understanding of armor design, analysis and fabrication as seamless comms/involvement with armor development engineers (preferred)) is a must. Integris is a project based business with few standard products and interaction with our Customer, Armor Project managers and Suppliers is essential. Headcount of the company in Goleta, CA is 7, but will have the full support of our sister company in Hebron, Ohio with more than 140 personnel. This position will report to either in our OH or CA office.

Ballistic Protection Solutions for Personal Protection (body Armor & Shields) Vehicle Protection, Maritime Protection and Aircraft Protection (roto-craft and fixed wing). This position's primary function is Program Management for vehicle armor programs. Proven capability of daily program management throughout the program lifecycle (capture through close out) a must. Program Management Professional (PMP) certificate a plus. Plan the overall program and monitor the progress of it. Primary POC with the customer, as PM will support the customer with regard to cost, schedule and delivery to meet customer requirements. Responsible to outline the needs of the program from a resource utilization standpoint. Work with the greater team to ensure we have appropriate manpower covered. Familiar with Integrated Master Schedules and the tools associated with them. Hold appropriate meetings to align the organization with the program goals. IE kickoff. PDR and CDR with external customers and all internal suppliers like manufacturing, business development and finance. Leads on all customer meetings. Define appropriate team to attend and support. Manage the budget. Work with Finance to bill appropriately. BID additional effort and programs as required. Manage risks and issues for the program. Work with all other disciplines to mitigate risks. Authors product development plans (ENG-036) in support of the vehicle armor programs if necessary. This position supports the following efforts and leads integrated product teams to get there: Supports the development of vehicle armor integration packages for vehicle armor programs. Supports the development of vehicle mechanical engineering concepts for vehicle ballistic cabs and other armor programs. Supports
