Job Description

Work hours: 40 hours a week/ 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, hours may change based upon need Positions supervised:
Direct Support Staff Job Responsibilities:
Hiring, Disciplinary to staff, training, and supervision of assigned staff; Oversee day-to-day program operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Manage and optimize transportation routes to maximize efficiency, safety, and timeliness. Monitor and update all operational data, ensuring records are accurate, current, and compliant. Identify opportunities for route improvements and implement changes that reduce costs and travel time. Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, businesses, and stakeholders to support program growth. Collaborate with internal departments to align operations with organizational goals and compliance standards. Writes and implements Individual Service Plans (ISP); ensures on-going communication Planning, managing, coordinating and evaluating, assigned staff efforts to achieve the program's objectives and participant outcomes; Attend ISP meeting Train staff Coordinating with the regional center the implementation of participant ISP objectives Assessing the program's effectiveness in achieving participant ISP objectives Assist in the development and the delivery of quality services and engaging activities that meet the individuals needs Acquire employment and volunteer sites, and seek new opportunities for partnerships Develops and implements activity schedules Completes all reports 30 day, semi-annual, annual, and work with Behavioral Consultant to ensure their reports are completed Works with Program Director to oversee participant care, supervision, and safety Identifying barriers to participant success in obtaining the ISP objective(s) and how those shall be overcome pursuant to section 56720(c)(2)(B) of these regulations. Perform QA audits in conjunction with Program Director Perform Direct Servies Duties as needed
Qualifications:
Three years of experience in a human services delivery system, including at least one year in a comparable program or a bachelor's degree in a human service-related field; Demonstrates ability to provide staff training, supervision and planning. Demonstrated leadership ability Ability to coordinate activities and services to meet the on-going needs of individuals served Strong follow through to ensure quality services, regulations and participants' rights are upheld High energy, goal-oriented, and an ability to inspire people Have a valid California Driver License and acceptable DMV driving record, and ability to drive own vehicle, proof of current registration and insurance, Must be 21 years of age Must meet and maintain all requirements to be insurable under the company's commercial auto insurance carrier. Any loss of insurability will prevent the employee from performing essential driving functions and may impact employment status. Must pass background investigation that includes FBI/DOJ fingerprint check Must obtain First Aid, CPR, and CPI within 30 days of hire Must have current physical examination from physician Complete one-time specified behavior-focused trainings as outlined in the Behavior Analytic Certification Board RBT 40-
Hour Training Requirements Pay:
From $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
