full-time Core Operational Focus Execution vs.

Strategy Split:

Absorbing tactical, day-to-day execution to free up 20% to 50% of the primary bandwidth for high-level portfolio scaling, system/BOM readiness, and supplier alignment.

Target Programs:

High-priority (P0), multi-Contract Manufacturer (CM), or proprietary networking and optics projects requiring close risk mitigation and deep data tracking. Top Daily Responsibilities Clear-to-Build (CTB)

Management:

Owning CTB tracking dashboards, identifying component shortages or logistical bottlenecks, and proactively communicating risks to cross-functional stakeholders.

Supply Risk Mitigation:

Monitoring component pipelines to spot and address early indicators of disruption.

Second Source Tracking:

Managing tracking metrics and milestones for secondary source qualifications to ensure supply chain resilience.

Allocation & Material Readiness:

Overseeing allocation delivery schedules, verifying component availability, and ensuring smooth production line transitions for scheduled builds. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
