  • Overview
  • Purpose Statement/Position Summary:
  • The Program Manager is responsible for the overall planning, implementation, evaluation, and administration of multiple programs within the department.
This role provides leadership and oversight to staff and collaborates closely with teams responsible for starting up, running, and maintaining clinical studies within Neurology. The Program Manager may serve as a Principal Investigator or Co PI on various grants and programs, and is accountable for reviewing program operations, performance evaluation, and reporting. This position works collaboratively across the hospital with other departments and programs to support a broad range of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and the advancement of clinical and research priorities.
  • Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:
  • 5+ years' experience.
Demonstrated advanced grant writing and grant management skills, data and financial management skills. Ability to effectively work across systems internally and externally is required.
  • Education/Licensure/Certification:
  • Master's degree in health administration, Business Administration or related field required.
  • Pay Scale Information
  • $79,934.00-$137,030.00

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
