Program Manager Opportunity

PM Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager II to oversee the daily operations of a community-based day program serving adults with developmental disabilities. This leadership role is responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining compliance standards, supporting client outcomes, and fostering a positive and supportive environment for both employees and individuals served.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of daily program operations and service delivery
  • Supervise, hire, train, coach, and develop program staff
  • Conduct employee onboarding, performance evaluations, and corrective action processes
  • Participate in budget development and monitor operational performance
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation, billing records, and administrative reports
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure client goals and objectives are being met
  • Coordinate communication with families, funding agencies, employers, care providers, and community partners
  • Manage staff scheduling, safety meetings, and program operations
  • Oversee facility maintenance, vehicle safety, equipment, and program resources
  • Support a positive, client-centered environment focused on independence and skill development
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience required
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred
  • Must have experience with Restricted Health Care Plans
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development skills
  • Experience with compliance, documentation, and operational oversight
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer systems
  • Valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, auto insurance, CPR, and First Aid certifications required About the
