NCOE partners with the five public school districts in Napa County on a variety of programs and issues. NCOE also operates numerous federal and state grants including a robust AmeriCorps program and state-wide projects supporting Special Education students. To learn more about working at NCOE, please visit: https://napacoe.org/careers/ Job Summary Job Summary The job of Program Coordinator II is done for the purpose/s of supporting the Napa County Office of Education (NCOE) programs with a focus on recruiting staff and volunteers. Key responsibilities include compiling and analyzing data, developing training and program materials, maintaining website/social media content, providing support and guidance, coordinating meetings, addressing personnel matters, supervising personnel, ensuring program compliance, and providing direction and guidance to ensure effective program implementation. • Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required in grant-funded nonprofit program coordinator, managing large-scale activities, sub-contracting, or related fields. • Bachelor's degree in job-related areas with an emphasis in education.
