We partner with the world's leading semiconductor capital equipment OEMs to build the physical tools that make AI, EV, and 5G technology possible. The Opportunity We are seeking a high-octane Senior Program Manager to own the primary executive relationship and operational execution for our highest-profile semiconductor accounts. In this role, you aren't just "checking boxes"—you are the strategic bridge between multi-million dollar engineering designs and physical manufacturing execution.
Key Responsibilities Customer & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary site interface and executive liaison with semiconductor OEM customers, driving client satisfaction and account growth.
Program Compliance & Agreements:
Manage customer agreements and contract terms, ensuring all operational decisions protect Sanmina's business interests while delivering client success.
Financial & Business Resolution:
Drive site revenue growth, improve margin performance, and resolve business issues including A/R management, uPPV, Credit, and E&O mitigation.
Performance Monitoring & KPIs:
Track and optimize internal metrics (inventory turns, PPV, revenue, delivery) and customer satisfaction metrics (Quality, OTD, Price Performance).
Demand & Order Planning:
Analyze forecast trends, manage backlog, and align customer priorities with factory capacity to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
Lifecycle Management:
Oversee programs from NPI through volume production and EOL, coordinating closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations.
Process Improvement:
Develop best-in-class program management practices, proactively managing timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
Mentorship & Leadership:
Provide guidance and career development support for junior Program Managers and Program Administrators.
What You Bring Industry Experience:
8+ years of Program Management experience, ideally within Contract Manufacturing (Machining/Integration) or the Semiconductor capital equipment industry.
Technical & Academic Foundation:
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline. PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma belt is a strong plus.
Matrix Leadership:
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, pivot priorities quickly, and drive alignment across multi-tiered organizations.
Data Fluency:
Exceptional analytical capability with advanced MS Excel skills to monitor KPIs, financial margins, and delivery metrics effectively. Why Sanmina?   • $175,000.
Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
