$25 to $35 AN HOUR!!! We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fulfill a Program Supervisory role in Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga/Chino area. Supervisors will be assigned locally based on their place of residence. Job duties include for Program Supervisor included but are not limited to: Create, implement, and monitor Applied Behavioral Analysis program policies and procedures. Conduct behavioral assessments. Monitor program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement. Document patient information including session notes, progress notes, recommendations, and treatment plans. Supervise Behavioral Specialist, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. Prepare scientific and/or technical reports to graph client data. Support, mentor, and train Behavior Interventionist and Parents/Guardians

•The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies

•Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Anaylsis or Psychology or be currently enrolled in a Master's program. Minimum of 2 year's experience in a Program Supervisor role. Knowledge of Applied Behavioral Analysis principles and practices to address the needs of individuals with mental health challenges. Experience in program development, including the ability to identify client needs and design effective interventions and behavioral mangement plans. Ability to effectively manage a team, providing supervision, support, and feedback. Knowledge of social work principles and practices to address the needs of program participants. Strong administrative skills to oversee program operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
